Annual General Meeting of the Biggin Hill Residents Association

The Annual General Meeting of the Biggin Hill Residents Association (BHRA) will take place on Monday 9th November 2015 at Aperfield W.I. Hall, 4 Lebanon Gardens, Biggin Hill, Kent, TN16 3HA. The meeting will commence at 7.30pm sharp.
Following the meeting, 8.30pm (sharp) – 9.30pm, our local Councillors will be holding a Q&A session.

6. To receive the reports of our various representatives;
a. Airport Consultative Committee
b. Federation of Bromley Residents Association
c. Bromley Borough Road Safety Panel
d. Biggin Hill Safer Ward Panel (police team)
e. Biggin Hill Business Association
7. Chairman’s vote of thanks to the outgoing committee
8. To elect a Chairman, Vice Chairman, Honorary Secretary, Honorary Treasurer, Membership Secretary and seven other Committee members
NOTE
All paid-up members of the BHRA may nominate others to serve by indicating the post for which election is sought. The names of the nominee proposer and seconder should be passed to the Chairman by the start of the meeting. You must obtain the consent of the nominee before putting their name forward. If insufficient nominations are received by the start of the meeting, nominations will be accepted from the floor of the meeting.
9. To appoint an Auditor to audit the BHRA’s financial accounts
10. To approve the new Constitution of the BHRA (this will be available at the AGM)
