Open Farm – 5th June

Activities to include tractor and trailer rides around the farm to see our lovely Longhorn Cattle and Wiltshire Horn sheep conservation grazing extensively on the wildlife and birdlife rich north downland pasture. We will stop at various vantage points to further explain how we farm the land to maintain its appearance and support both our farming activities and also the diversity of both plant and wildlife found here
We hope to have some cattle/calves and sheep/lambs in pens so visitors can take a closer look.
Machinery demonstrations possible if not working away from the farm – we have to make hay whilst the sun shines!
Light refreshments will be available – award winning Longhorn Beef for sale
