STOCK HILL MEDICAL CENTRE, PATIENT PARTICIPATION GROUP, ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING. 2016

FreeDavid Dahms, Chairman, Patient Participation Group (PPG) of the Stock Hill Medical Centre has asked me to contact you to let you know the date of the PPG’s 2016 AGM.
It will be held at the Surgery on Tuesday 24th May 2016 in the reception area and will start at 6.30 p.m.
We would like as many of you to attend as possible and it will give you the chance to put forward ideas and raise issues that you would like addressed over the coming year.

This is an excellent active group, and well worth attending to find out what they have been doing – on YOUR behalf and what they have planned.
